I JUST ORDERED. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Most of our products are handmade and produced on demand so shipping times vary. All items usually get shipped in less than 24-48 hours after your order is received. Once we ship your order, it should get to you in 10-15 business days (USA). We’ll send you an email when it ships. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please customer care at info@haydenmarket.com.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS ITEMS. WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE ALL OF MY PRODUCTS?

Since our products are handmade with varying production times, when you order multiple items at a time they will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. They will get to you!

WHAT DOES BEING PROCESSED MEAN?

We have received your order and are processing your order for shipment. 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT'S GOING ON?

Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. Be sure to add info@haydenmarket.com to your safe senders list. 

OH, NO! I PROVIDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, just email us at info@haydenmarket.com as soon as possible and we MIGHT be able to take care of it before your order ships. However, we can't make any promises. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still do everything in our power to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product), return it to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.

Exchanges are a little more difficult since we make close to exact quantities of what we need. We usually order a few extras, but they go fast. If you need an exchange, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
